ahh its really really good!! legit probably our favourite animanga ever, it holds such a special place in our heart *_* we read it at a time that i think we may have have needed something like it if that makes sense. it got us thinking about the world a bit more, helped us shape our own thoughts and beliefs a little better. it was a very emotional read for us but either way still absolutely wonderful.

we've seen the anime all the way through, too, but it's not very good. pretty useless adaptation, only covers the first half of the manga plot-wise and then ends abruptly for no apparent reason (probably because the second half is a bit more graphic + depressing overall? idk), skimps on a lot of the actual grossness of the first half -- somewhat censored iirc. it's easier to find in its entirety than it is to read the manga but we'd still recommend the manga over it 100% if possible... it's just not the adaptation narutaru deserved at all!! seethes quietly
